There continues to only be small pieces of work on the Direct Connect project. A week or so ago I saw this work happening around one of the pits that will eventually be the foundation for one of the overpass supports.
The biggest change I saw this week is that the approach to where the temporary Browning Road overpass will be has been paved. This is on the church side of the bridge.
There was a good article published over at constructionequipmentguide.com that talks about the various phases of the project with some background on each of the contractors.
