A small section of new paving has been done next to the current ramp from 42 North to 295 North. When the new ramp from 76 East to 295 North is complete, the 42 ramp will shift over into this location and will join up with the 76 ramp closer to the median.

 

Two of the sign structure below the Al-Jo curve have been removed, here is one sitting off to the side of the road.

 

A couple days later they started scrapping the structure.

 

Here is the second sign structure sitting closer to the Bellmawr ball fields.

 

Work near Willow Place and Victory Drive

 

A couple weeks ago a tractor trailer over turned on the ramp from 295 North to 42 North. You can see the damage it did to the new noise barriers along this ramp.

Public Meeting 5/2017

 

A public meeting was held on May 18th to show plans for contract 3 of the project and take questions from the community. Contact 3 has recently started and is scheduled to run until March 2022. Here are some of the drawing shown at the meeting.

This drawing shows the overall final state of the project. It was designed to show the location of all the noise barriers but it is also a good reference for what the interchange will look like when complete.

The new section of median barrier between 295 North and South just below Bell road has ben completed. The new sign structure is still awaiting installation.

 

Here is the temporary path the exit will take from 76 East to 294 North.

 

This picture shows it connecting to the new exit bridge.

 

The trees between 76 East and Willow place have been cleared.

 

Here is a look at that same area from the Browning Road overpass.

 

The land has been cleared off of Essex Ave for  one of the new sections of the Bellmawr Park Mutual Housing and a construction trailer is in place.
