Missing Moves Ramp

These pictures are from a few weeks ago and show the steel being installed for the ramp from 295 North to 42 South over Coolidge Ave in Bellmawr.

Browning Road Overpass 3/17/2022

The first half of the Browning Road overpass has been completely removed, and work continues on the demolition of the abutment on that side.

Progress on the demolition of the Browning Road overpass. The area behind the abutment on the south board side has been cleared out so they can start preparing to build the new abutment. About half of the bridge deck has been removed.

Here is a look at the progress on the removal of the old Browning Road Overpass over the past few weeks.

In this picture you can see that they have started to remove the side walls of the overpass. On the left pilings are being put in to hold back the earth once the bridge abutment is removed. 

In this later picture you can see the sidewall has been completely removed and a temporary railing put in place. On the left you can see excavation behind the bridge abutment. You can also see a blue line on the abutment where it will be cut off.

Here is a closer look a the work on the abutment.

Missing Moves 2022

They have started to install the steel for the second half of the Creek Road overpass.

The next section of steel has been installed for the ramp from 42 North to 295 South. This one crosses over the north bound lanes of 295 to the support in the center median.

 

Missing Moves 1/2022

 

Bridge abutment for the new Creek Road overpass. They recently completed the retaining wall coming off of the abutment. 

Work has shifted to the abutment on the other side of 295. You can see the forms in place for the abutment. 

Concrete being pumped for the abutment.

The next sections of steel are being installed for the missing moves ramp. This ramp will link 42 North to 295 South. 

Here is a look at that section of the ramp from the other side. 

The have started to pour concrete for the new sections of the bridge that carries 295 over Big Timber Creek. 

Here is a look at what will become the new 42 North exit near Creek Road. This exit is off of Benigno Ave and will replace the one that now connects to Leaf Ave.

This is the new piece of road that will connect Edgewood Ave directly to Benigno Ave.

Missing Moves 1/2022

Work continues on the widening of 295 over Big Timber Creek. 

Concrete has been poured for the Creek Road overpass abutment along 295 South. 

Pilings being driven for the Creek Road overpass abutment along 295 North.

One side of the ramp from 295 North to 42 South has been capped off.
