Here is a look at what will be the new ramp from 76 East to 295 North. The 295 Mainline will also eventually pass over this area. Still a lot of concrete work going on.

Work on the retaining wall segment along 295 South just above the Browning Road overpass is pretty much complete.

Now that Victory Dr has been re-routed work has ramped up in the area along 295 South just below the Browning Road overpass.

They have started to extend the retaining wall that was started along 295 South just about the 42/295 split.

A lot of work is happening along 42 South just below the Browning Road overpass. Looks the the foundations for more support columns are being put in here just like they recently were over by the cemetery.

The supports for either end of the temporary Browning Road bridge have been complete. You can just see the one on the East bound side in the middle of this picture.

Late July 2018


Let’s start by looking at a couple view of the work going between 295 South and the Bellmawr ballfields. You can see a small section of retaining wall has been build along the section of raised roadway that was build during contract 1.

Work continues on the new Victory D.

They have started to install re-bar along the retaining wall just above the Browning Road overpass. This will eventually become the concrete barrier that runs along the side of the road.

Now that the Bellmawr Mutual Housing units have been removed they have created a temporary road while they build the new Victory Dr.

A look at the progress on the 76 East to 295 North ramp. The have begun to build forms at the top of the retaining wall on each side which will be used to create the supports for the 295 main line overpass.

Work has finally begun on the first support for the temporary Browning Road bridge.

On the other side of the highway they have started to build the support columns for the new 295 main line overpass. You can now start to get a feel for how high the overpass will be.

Demolition of the Bellmawr Mutual Housing units is now in full swing. I believe a total of 5 buildings will be removed.


Here you can see the first one has been removed right where they are starting to extend the ramp.
